What would help you to reduce the amount of avoidable food waste you generate in your home?

• Knowing what to do with leftovers

• Knowing how to compost food

What would help you reuse, repair and throw less things away?

• Internet exchange sites and hire services

• setting up of local sites run by ,perhaps local charitable entity,which would offer reuse of such things like building materials .and also reclaiming of materials like reusable wood from recycling centres.
